Hatha Yoga classes taught in Torfaen. Come along to enjoy a lovely asana (postures) practice followed by breathing (pranayama) and relaxation. Ideal as a standalone practice but equally wonderful to compliment all other sports and lifestyles. If you think you can't do yoga because you're not flexible, that's exactly why you should come and try!
